USA jobs anticipated as baby boomers retire. (Central)Contrary to popular belief, many USA jobs are becoming available as you are reading this because thousands baby boomers are turning 55-65 years old, and are forced into mandatory retirement. The jobs that this website will focus on are high paying jobs that do not require a college degree. And my definition of high paying jobs are those that are in the 30K to 85K range.
The reason I started this website is because I wanted to share my job search experience so others who are looking for a high paying job could learn from what I did. A few years ago I was hired into a high paying industry and in 2006 I was fortunate to be selected to fill a position that was available due to a baby-boomer who retired. My journey to my highest paying job that I ever had was not very difficult, so I started this website to share my experience so others without a college degree can hopefully experience a similar journey to high paying jobs with no college degree. Being qualified vs being prepared for jobs in the United States are not the same thing. Employers seek applicants with good work attitudes, and often an applicant who is well prepared gets a job over a more qualified applicant.
